Personalize this pallet wood sign with your last name and established year.

Every pallet wood style sign is handmade by us, to order, with love in our Belvedere Designs office and farm workshop in Ohio. These custom family name signs add that perfect touch of rustic charm to your home decor.

• The backboard of our pallet wood signs is stained on all sides and is made of beautiful pine. Every board has its own grain and knot character, so every sign will be unique.
• The 3D raised wood lettering is cut from ¼” premium baltic birch and mounted to the background.
• The sign includes hardware installed on the back for quick and easy hanging.
• Small pallet signs are made with 2 planks, Medium and Large pallet signs are made with 3 planks, and Extra Large pallet signs are made with 4 planks.

Please type the personalization exactly how you would like it to appear (including spelling and capitalization). For last names, unless otherwise requested, we follow Webster’s Dictionary’s rules for pluralizing last names, which are treated like regular words. We add -es for names ending in “s” or “z” and -s for everything else. We will treat all last names as Anglicized (that’s a fancy name for pronounced with the strongest Mid-Western accent possible) unless you’d like us to follow foreign language rules, in which case we are more than happy to oblige.

The design of our last name pallet sign includes EST (plus your custom year), but if you’d prefer the sign without the date, just don’t include it in the personalization field.
